Physicians Adult Daycare, Inc. has recently became privy to bulk spam email that has been sent out without consent of Physicians Adult Daycare, Inc. and will act to seek accordingly from those parties for damages suffered by the company. The company emphasized that no such unsolicited communications had come from the company, nor had the company hired anyone to distribute them. PHYA is cooperating fully with various authorities in an attempt to discover who was responsible for these emails.
