Dynasty Gaming Inc. (TSXV: "DNY") today announced that it has renewed its contract for investor relations services with Alliance Advisors, LLC, a New York City based affiliate of Hayden Communications, Inc.
For the past six months Alliance has provided an enhanced channel of communications between Dynasty and its investors. Activities have included the maintenance of an ongoing stock support system and the generating of awareness in Dynasty among stockbrokers, analysts, micro-cap portfolio and fund managers, market makers and appropriate financial and trade publications. Alliance has been successful in introducing and attracting a number of significant investors to the Company.
Under this contract renewal, Dynasty has agreed to pay a monthly retainer of U.S.$7,500.00 per month for six months beginning 26 July 2006. In addition, Alliance will receive 200,000 options to acquire Dynasty common shares at an exercise price of $0.62 per share.
