Savers Plus International Secures Another Long Term Agreement With Internet Entertainment Gaming Group

1 August 2006

Savers Plus International Inc. (TSXV:SAV) is leading a consortium (collectively "Savers") that will be the service provider of loyalty and retention initiatives for Dynamic Gaming Systems Corporation ("Dynamic")(www.dynamicgamingsystems.com) of Toronto, Canada. Dynamic is a developer and operator of interactive Internet entertainment and gaming programs including Jungle Poker.com (www.junglepoker.com).

Savers will launch the Jungle Poker.com complete loyalty and rewards program, featuring "Vegas Style" comps strictly for online gaming. For the second time this quarter, Savers has developed and launched an exclusive program featuring proprietary technology, marketing and product programs for Internet initiatives.

Savers is expected to earn over $2.7 million US over the next three years under the terms of the agreement with Dynamic. Increased revenues are also possible through additional acquisition and reward programs with Dynamic's other licensees.

Dynamic launched its first entertainment and online gaming program, Jungle Poker.com in April of this year, and was an instant hit with online Poker players, attracting over 20,000 registrants in its first 2 months of operations.

Mr. Terry Tsianos, President of Dynamic Gaming Systems Corporation said, "Savers' programs provide Jungle Poker.com, and our other licensees with a distinct and substantial advantage over our competitors. Savers' programs are truly one of a kind since you can't find anything like it on any internet poker site. When you add Savers' with Jungle Poker, it's a fantastic 1-2 punch and we are excited to be partnering with them."

Dynamic has engaged Savers to provide retention based programs that will keep players active within its Online Poker Community. Activity and rewards will go hand in hand for the player. Rewards will not be based on a points system. It will be based on play activity, and other house activities. This is similar to rewards programs at traditional land based casinos. In addition, Savers will provide customer acquisition based programs to enhance the sign up experience with Dynamic's properties.

Savers will be responsible for the development of player programs, promotions, prizing and retention elements designed to keep customers active in the online poker rooms. "Savers is pleased to be providing Dynamic's Poker programs with this new and exciting player platform. Dynamic and their licensees provide us with the opportunity to showcase some of our leading edge proprietary programs and services," commented David Lucatch, CEO of Savers.

This program provides another opportunity for Savers to expand its traditional offerings and tap into the growing customer retention market. The company's expertise in building Brand, Loyalty and Revenues for its clients is one of the primary reasons that Dynamic chose Savers and its management team for this opportunity.

According to FSBO Media Holdings of Coral Springs Florida, online poker room wagering is now averaging $150 Million US per day. The popularity of online poker is growing at more than 30% per year. The 37th annual World Series of Poker (WSOP) Championship event in Las Vegas is expected to attract over 9,000 players, each buying in for $10,000 USD.
