(PRWEB) July 24, 2006 -- PokerNews.com and Titan Poker have announced a number of freerolls with excellent value for players. There will be five Team PokerNews Aussie Millions freerolls at Titan Poker, where each freeroll winner will receive a $12,000USD Aussie Millions package which includes entry to the 2007 Aussie Millions Main Event, 10 nights accommodation at the Crown Promenade Hotel, and approximately $2,800 for travel and spending money.
The dates for these freerolls are August 5 15:00 EST, September 2 15:00 EST, October 7 15:00 EST, November 11 15:00 EST, and December 30 15:00 EST. To be eligible for these freerolls, players must download Titan Poker through the dedicated PokerNews.com links, register a new account and make a deposit. Once players have made a deposit, they can then start earning Titan Poker Points through both ring game and tournament play.
Each freeroll has a points requirement of 2,000 Titan Poker Points. Once players have accumulated the 2,000 points, they can then ‘buy in' to the Team PokerNews freeroll. New players must complete all requirements (download Titan through PokerNews.com, create new account, deposit and accrue 2,000 points) prior to 11:00 EST the day before the freeroll to be eligible. Players who have previously downloaded Titan Poker through PokerNews.com are able to play these freerolls as long as they fulfil the points requirements.
PokerNews.com and Titan Poker are also hosting monthly $2,000 cash freerolls. To enter these freerolls, players must download Titan Poker through the PokerNews.com links, register a new account, and deposit. Each freeroll has a 750 point entry requirement – once players have earnt 750 Titan Poker Points they can «buy in» to the freeroll. New players must fulfil all the eligibility criteria (download through PokerNews.com, register, deposit and earn 750 points) prior to 11:00 EST the day before the freeroll to be able to enter. Players that have previously downloaded Titan Poker through PokerNews.com will be able to play as long as they have the necesary points. These monthly $2,000 freerolls will take place on the second-last Friday of each month at 20:00 EST.

The 2007 Aussie Millions will be held at Crown Casino in Melbourne, Australia from January 6-19. The six-day Main Event, which commences on January 14 and will be filmed by Fox Sports Net, is expected to generate a prizepool in excess of AUD$5,000,000.
