Leitrim Group Inc. and Savers Plus Secures Long Term Agreement With Internet Gaming & Entertainment Group

Leitrim Group Inc. (TSXV:SAV) Savers Plus GTA Inc., a division of Leitrim Group Inc. is leading a consortium (collectively "Savers") that has been engaged, for a minimum 3 year term, as the service provider of loyalty and retention initiatives for LIVE video streaming and interactive Internet gaming and entertainment program being launched later this month by 121 Gaming Inc. ("121") (www.121gaming.com).

Savers and Grand Nevada.com are launching a "Vegas Style" comps program strictly for online gaming. This is the first such program of its kind on the Internet, and Savers has developed the proprietary technology, marketing and product programs for 121. Grand Nevada.com is being launched with a huge media campaign as well. Maxim, Ultimate Magazine and Penthouse magazines are all preparing features on the 121 programs.

Savers will be paid a CPA (cost per acquisition) sign up prizing fee of up to $100 US per player and 10% percentage of all net gaming revenues generated from ongoing gaming activities for its services.

Savers will be responsible for the development of player programs, promotions, prizing and retention elements designed to keep customers active at the online casino. Savers will be implementing a series of proprietary programs that will track and measure metrics and develop individual reward programs. Players will not have to accumulate points for the rewards programs.

In addition, the group is developing a number of additional revenue streams including a players club, private members deals, and as the program develops exclusive offerings. The group will share the profit of these programs with 121.

Grand Nevada.com opens it's live beta, free play program on June 16, 2006 to residents of the US, Europe, UK, Asia and Australia. The live, pay to play program is expected to launch on June 26, 2006. Savers will be implementing a significant amount of programming, content development and promotional initiatives to meet the deadline of the launch.

121 Gaming will launch their online "live" casino, Grand Nevada.com from Costa Rica, with Black Jack, Baccarat and Roulette, to be followed with "live" poker and several other popular games. With card based games, players will see the cards being dealt by the dealer in the active video window and with Roulette, they will see the active wheel and results. Players will have the opportunity to choose a female dealer that is bikini clad or fully undressed.
