Bally Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: BYI) announced its Bally Casino Management System (CMS(R)) division has entered into an agreement with the owners of two New York Lottery video gaming facilities to install Bally's marketing and bonusing technology.
Bally has entered into the agreement to provide its Casino MarketPlace(TM) (CMP) technology to Nevada Gold and Casinos, Inc. (Amex: UWN). The majority owner of American Racing and Entertainment, LLC, which owns Tioga Gaming, Racing & Entertainment in Nichols, N.Y., is planning to open in May 2006, and is in the process of acquiring the Vernon Downs video gaming facility in Vernon, N.Y.
When both facilities go live with CMP, Bally technology will be driving the marketing functions at six of the seven New York Lottery locations.
